To give you the most accurate estimate, there’s a few key elements that we need to know. Time to load, drive time to and from, and whether or not packing services are needed. On the first call, our estimators will be able to determine the estimated move time based on these factors.
This can vary from home to home. We can help you get a rough estimate of boxes based on your items, and you can purchase your own boxes. We also offer boxes at a reasonable price, and we will only charge you for what you use. A simple solution for taking the stress out of trying to figure out how many boxes are needed.
Additional insurance is not needed. Our company is fully licensed and insured in the case of any accidental damages. When choosing WeMoveU, you can rest assured we have you covered!
Each job has its own fingerprint just like every one of us. Our estimators will go through a series of a few questions with you, and we will go through all the costs of making your move easy. We will provide accurate and transparent pricing over the phone.
We don’t require an upfront payment to book the move. If you are choosing to pay with a credit card, we will confirm the card limit 3 days prior to the scheduled move date. Your card will not be charged until the move is complete. Per federal regulations, all charges are required to be paid before your shipment is unloaded at the destination.
Some items cannot be transported by WeMoveU such as flammables, fireworks, chemicals, paint, matches, batteries, household cleaning products, Compressed gas cylinders, live animals or plants, ammunition or gun powder, gas and oil products, scuba or compressed tanks, or an illegal items or substances. WeMoveU reserves the right to refuse any items that can be of danger to its employees or customers.
